If you want to exchange a product or products, you can send us an email at: info@patronwear.com. We will send you a link with the return label. You have to order the new item yourself on our website.
We do not charge extra costs for returns, if you want to exchange a product. If there are shipping costs applicable to your order, these are for your own account.
Returns
We charge a fee for returning your order. You will be refunded the total amount paid (including standard shipping costs) minus the return shipping costs. If you return one or more items from your original order and the total value of the remaining items falls below the threshold of €100 (only applicable for orders with shipping costs), we will charge you shipping costs with mutual effect. We do this by refunding the purchase price of the item(s) you returned minus the shipping costs.
Please return the item(s) as soon as possible. You have 14 days to return a product, starting on the day you received your order. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product(s) or proof that the product(s) are on their way. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method used to place your order.
